As part of the regional project “AGREE! – Action for Girls’ Rights to Equality and Empowerment!”, co-funded by the European Union, representatives from Woman to Woman (Gruaja tek Gruaja) actively participated in four regional capacity-building trainings held in Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Skopje (North Macedonia) during 2025.
These trainings brought together civil society actors, youth workers, and practitioners from the Western Balkans and Turkey, with the aim of strengthening regional capacities to promote gender equality, girls’ empowerment, peer education, and prevention of gender-based and cyber violence against women and girls (GBV/CVAWG).

🌍 Building Regional Change Together
Through participation in all four regional trainings, Woman to Woman contributed to the creation of a regional pool of trained practitioners who will transfer knowledge and skills at national and local levels in Albania. The acquired competencies will directly support future activities in advocacy, education, peer engagement, and prevention of gender-based violence.
